Please tell us a little more about yourself and your journey thus far.

I grew up in a town called Mahikeng and have always loved technology. I also love listening to music and deem myself an adventurous person. I have always been hard working and a perfectionist (sometimes recovering). What I have enjoyed about my journey are the challenges that pushed me to be the person I am today. I once lost everything when I was an entrepreneur and that experience taught me how to be an efficient, logical, objective and one who lives life to the fullest.

Please tell us a little more about how your company came about.

This year’s Freedom Day, the 27th of April 2021, did not just mark South Africa’s celebration of past progressive triumph towards emancipation, but the day also significantly marked progress in entrepreneurship as Crystal Partners was launched in Johannesburg.  Crystal Partners has been established with the main aim of being the premier partner of choice for global and local companies seeking to establish and expand their footprint on the African continent. The sixteen-member team is equipped to tilt the strategic partnership and investment scales on the continent and Crystal Partners’ diversified portfolio spans five major sectors namely: Agriculture, Energy, Technology & Innovation, Health, and Mining.

What is it that you are passionate about?

I am passionate about building and changing people’s lives for the better. Education and applied knowledge is truly the conduit to living a quality life.

Who or What has been the biggest influence in your life and why?

My faith in God. This has ensured that I remain steadfast through every season of my life. It has also helped me look at life optimistically. I believe that there is good in everything and everyone, no matter what it looks like. A positive outlook on life has really motivated me to keep moving every day.

What is your personal “motto”?

”Nothing is impossible.”

Who or what is your inspiration and why?

The people who inspire me are Mr. Neverl Kambasha, Elon Musk and Michael Jackson.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Nothing is outside of your reach. You are built for success, so never allow anyone to tell you otherwise. The skills and talent you carry is needed around the world and no one can do what you can do.

Your favourite daily affirmation (if you have one)?

I am the head and not the tail. I am above and never beneath.

Your favourite quote:

”In your place of assignment – there is no rival.” ~Mr. Neverl Kambasha

Which book are you reading now (if any)?

The 80-20 rule by Richard Koch.

Which book can you read over and over again?

The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz.

What are your top 3 business tips?

  1. Never attend meetings if you do not understand your value proposition.
  2. Invest in yourself daily. Read and be in spaces that will grow you as a business professional.
  3. Cut off quickly – make money speedily. The sooner you break off business and relationships that do not add value to your business, the sooner you will focus on those that will.

What would you say is your secret to success?

Consistency and hard work. I put in my all in every task I do as I believe it adds value into my life – no matter how small.

One piece of (general) advice that you’d like to share:

Always believe that you can do whatever you put your mind to.

Is there anything that Xtraordinary Women can do to assist you on your journey?
